Artwork requirements

Good files. Great prints.

Use this checklist when preparing your design. If you are unsure about a file, send what you have and we can discuss what it needs.

01

Vector is best

Send AI, EPS or a print-ready PDF. No vector? Send the best file you have.

02

Actual size

Build at final print size, or use 300dpi raster artwork at 100% scale.

03

Name your colours

Use solid spot colours or provide Pantone references.

Preparing your files.

Supply vector artwork as AI, EPS or a print-ready PDF where possible. Outline fonts and include any linked images so the design opens as intended.

For raster artwork, aim for 300dpi at the final print size. Enlarging a small image or changing its resolution setting does not restore missing detail. Keep a transparent background where the garment should show through.

Colours and placement.

Tell us the intended print width, garment colour and print position. Use named spot colours or Pantone references where available; colours on a screen are a guide rather than a guarantee of the printed result.

Front and back artwork.

The quote builder accepts separate front and back PNG or JPEG previews, with an optional print-ready file for each position. The on-screen preview helps communicate placement; final production details should be confirmed before printing.
